Chelsea Handler is reacting to the death of her longtime sidekick, Chuy Bravo, by posting a heartfelt message and sharing hilarious stories about their time together.

She continued, “I’ll never forget the sound of his laughter coming from his office into mine. Or his “business calls” with his “business manager,” or his shoe rack with all his children-sized shoes.”
Chelsea Shares Great Chuy Story…
Handler also shared an awesome story about Chuy spending the Christmas holiday with her family.
“I’ll never forget him coming to Christmas with my family one year in the Florida keys, and when my niece who was 5 or 6 at the time—saw him, she ran in the other direction saying she was scared. My sister and I were mortified and were apologizing to Chuy, who told us,” it’s ok, lots of little kids get scared when they see big kids coming their way.”
She ended the message with, “I love you, Chuy!”

Survivor Of Prostate Cancer
As we reported, Chuy Bravo died today at the age of 63. It was reported the television star was hospitalized on Saturday with stomach pains. It’s unclear if the stomach issue contributed to his death.
Bravo is a survivor of prostate cancer and had just done an interview with a media outlet responding to Chelsea’s nice birthday message. It didn’t seem, at the time, he was suffering from any long term illness.
